I took a portrait of my dog finn, he's a little big but he's still considered a puppy. Finn is an eight month old golden retriever, he's extremely energetic most of the time, but he also loves to sleep. Finn means so much to me because we had a different dog last year that passed, and finn helped with the sadness.
I had taken this portrait in my house. I went in a room with a lot of lighting and put finn by a big light and sat him down.
Taking a portrait of a puppy is very hard. Finn squirmed a lot because he didn’t know what was happening and he wanted to go play. After a good five minutes finn cooperated, and I had to find good lighting and I tried my best to get a good picture. I think the pictures I took of finn were better than the rest, I’m not the best photographer but I’m learning.
